I started my blog back in 2011 when I was pregnant with my youngest son, Harry. I wanted it to be a space I could write my thoughts and feelings, and at the time didn't realise what a massive community there was until I found myself as part of it.
I am really passionate about blogging and I'm not sure what I would do without it.

My blog started with no clear path I suppose, then turning into a "mummy blog" and has taken a more lifestyle approach. I think it's important for me to have a place to write about my life, away from being a mummy but also with the chance to write about parenthood and my children too.
I love nothing more than sitting down with a coffee, with the laptop open, and the chance to just write.

I write about a mixture of topics, although one that is really close to my heart is mental health. Mental health has been a big part of my life for a number of years and I think it's really important to discuss how it has affected me, how I am trying to overcome it and to explain what causes it to try and "normalise" it and to help others understand it, as well as helping those who suffer silently to realise they are not alone.
My long term goal would be to work with a mental health charity.
