Fish Finger and Creamy Lime and Mango Petits Pois Pitta | Birds Eye #MixUpYourMenu Twitter Party

For the past couple of weeks I have been experimenting with different recipes using our favourite Birds Eye products. Check out my Instagram feed for some other recipes I've tried out.
My favourite being a Fish Finger and Creamy Lime and Mango Petits Pois pitta. 

Lightly toast a pitta bread, and leave to cool slightly so it is easier to slice into to create a pocket.
Cook your fish fingers, and peas (I used petits pois). 
Once the peas are cooked, take a spoonful of Philidelphia and some Nandos Lime and Mango dressing, and mix thoroughly.
Then, simply spoon the creamy pea mixture into the pitta bread, and then place your fish fingers on top and ta-da!
